Wicklow Head At the easternmost point of Ireland the lookout post no. 9 is located between lighthouses from the 18th and 19thcentury. A historic photography shows the lookout and the Eire sign which was constructed in the ground close to the Rear lighthouse. Today the post is in function for a marine radio service for the Irish sea. The building with the transmitters is fenced and not open for public. The rough fence made it possible to light up the building from outside in fact of the projector position close to the grit. A self made abstract design covered the lookout post for the light projection. Additional the appearance of the fenced surrounding inspired to adapt the cover from Michael Kennedy´s book “Guarding Neutral Ireland” on the building.
