DalkeyAll that remains of lookout post no. 7 is the concrete base on a rocky hill in Sorrento Park. Today, a bench for visitors is placed on the foundation. From here the coastguards watched Dublin Bay, Scotsmans Bay, and to the south Killiney Bay. Their reports are now open to the public and can be viewed on the militaryarchives.ie website. Almost unchanged is the view of the surroundings of Sorrento House and Dalkey Island with Montello Tower. Near Sorrento Park at Hawk Cliff, a huge Eire sign has been rediscovered and was restored in 2019.
