Corraun The lookout post No. 58 is located on a headland east of Corraun. From here, the coast watcher had a view across Clew Bay to the east coast of Clare Island during the Second World War. They reported on all activities in this area in logbooks, which are now publicly available on the Irish Defence Forces website militaryarchives.ie.
For this light projection, the building was recreated by hand using a Ministeck mosaic, then photographed and finally adapted to the façade.
