Lambs Head At the southerly end of Iveragh peninsula the lookout post no.33 is situated close to the Derrynane bay. Follow the hiking path from the death end of lambs head the post can be found on the top of a cocky hill. Inside the building a signature points the year of construction. For the light projection the painting “Night and Sleep” by Evelyn de Morgan was selected which tells the meaning that the dark haired night guides her son sleep. The light of the dawning and the surrounding with the rocks in front of the post gave the inspiration to adapt the painting to the lookout post.
