Mullaghmore
Tha lookout post No. 69 is located on the headland of the Mullaghmore peninsula near Kilkillogu. During the Second World War, the southern part of Donegal Bay was observed from this location.
Half a mile to the south-west, the associated Eire sign is to be located on a small hill. Today, the ground marker is hidden under tall grass. An image simulation shows the exact position of the hidden Eire sign.
