Mace Head
Lookout post No. 52 is located at the end of the road leading to Crosspatrick in Halfmace. The associated Eire sign was located a mile further northeast on a field near the sea. The ground marker was washed away by the sea a few years ago after a storm. Some locals have rebuilt the sign again with smaller letters above its original location. Today, the original outline can still be seen from the air.
