Leck Head
The lookout post no. 43 is located north of Ballybunnion behind a farm in Bromore West. Until 2011, only concrete elements lying on the ground and the foundations were reminiscent of the former post. Today the lookout has been faithfully reconstructed and the site is open to visitors. At the top of a headland in 300 meter distance south of the Lookout Post is the associated EIRE sign under the deep grass. The frame surrounding the letters is easily recognisable from the air.
