Eask Head
The lookout post No. 36 is located near Eask Tower on Carhoo Hill, on the opposite of Dingle Harbour. Today, the post is a 20-minute walk away, following the path that starts on the road behind Ballymacadoyle. According to local farmers, the Eire sign was located on the slope facing the sea 500 meters west of the Lookout Post. Some of the stone structures, recognisable from the air, gave an idea of the position.
